Starting from June, credit card companies, when issuing credit cards, have to offer a one-page document (photo) that summarizes key information that the subscriber must know including changes in additional services and annual membership fees.

The Financial Supervisory Service said Wednesday the system will start from June. The information should include provision of and changes in additional services, card renewal, notice of annual membership fee billings, credit use ceiling, loss and theft of card and related compensation. The words have to be 12 points or bigger and on a yellow sheet for consumers to easily understand. A key-shaped logo will be inserted on the top of the sheet for consumers to distinguish with other manuals.
