With the South Korean governments decision to withdraw all workers from the inter-Korean industrial complex in Kaesong, North Korea, 126 South Korean staff, the first group, return to the South on Saturday. Choi has returned to the South after 26 days of staying in the North. All the rest of South Korean staff will return to the South on Monday.
