Kenyan wins Seoul Int`l Marathon
Franklin Chepkwony of Kenya, 28, puts on a last-ditch spurt toward the finish line with his two arms wide open and cheering at the 2013 Seoul International Marathon and 84th Dong-A Marathon Sunday. The winner of the men`s international competition with a time of 2 hours, 6 minutes and 59 seconds, Chepkwony earned his country its seventh victory in the race over the past 10 years.
