Stranded at sea
Korea`s record-breaking cold spell has even frozen seawater. Boats are stranded in ice as the waters off Yeongjong Island in Incheon is frozen Friday. The Korea Meteorological Administration forecast the unusual cold wave will linger through Friday before the mercury starts to rise from Sunday.
