Virginia Tech killer Cho Seung-hui had armed photos and videos delivered to NBC on day of his shooting spree.

On April 18, at 6:30 p.m., NBC Nightly News released some of the photos and videos that were delivered.

Immediately following the killings of two people at the dorm on April 16, the killer sent a package of photos and videos that showed him in a khaki-colored military-style vest and fingerless gloves, brandishing two guns, one in each hand. The package also included appalling images of him aiming at the camera with guns and knives.

NBC said that the package contained 27 video files, 43 photographs, one voice file, and a rambling and often incoherent 23-page written statement.

In the video, Cho said “Time came. I did it. You decided to spill my blood. You forced me into a corner and gave me only one option. The decision was yours.”

NBC reported that the gunman expressed his hatred of the rich in his statement, which was laden with profanity.

In his video, he said “Do you know what it feels like to have your face spat on and have trash shoved down your throat? Do you know what it feels like to dig your own grave?”

He continued to say “Do you know what it feels like to have your throat slashed from ear to ear? Do you know what it feels like to be torched alive? Do you know what it feels like to be humiliated and to be upheld upon a cross and left to bleed to death for your amusement?”

He went on to say “You just loved to crucify me. You just loved inducing cancer in my head and terrorizing my heart. You ripped my soul and torched my conscience.”

The student killer showed his strong antipathy toward the well-heeled when he said, “Your Mercedes wasn`t enough. Your golden necklaces weren`t enough, you snobs. Your vodka and cognac weren’t enough.”

The killer heralded a massacre when he said “It’s not for me. It’s for my children, for my brothers and sisters. I did it for them. Now you have blood on your hands that will never wash off.”

Upon receipt of the package, Steve Capus, president of NBC News, reported the package to the FBI, which is scrutinizing the carnage. The police think that the massacre was carefully planned.

In a briefing held on Virginia Tech campus yesterday, Virginia State Police superintendent Colonel Steven Flaherty said, “This video and photo package will serve as decisive evidence. We are currently analyzing it very carefully.”
