Ceremony Marking the Third Anniversary of Naval Clash

On Wednesday, a memorial ceremony marking the third anniversary of a naval clash between the two Koreas in the West Sea was held at Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi. The father of chief petty officer Seo Hu-won who was killed during the clash puts his cheek on his sons engraved face on the memorial stone.
