Hawking Proposes Human Habitats on the Moon and Mars

Astrophysicist Stephen Hawking addresses an audience on the 50th anniversary of NASA space agency at Georgetown University. He proposed the construction of the first human habitat on the moon and Mars. He urged each country to allocate a fourth of its GDP for space exploration upon which he believes the future of human beings hinges.
