Washington Sculpture
A sculpture of Virgin and Child stood at the entrance of the Washington National Cathedral on September 22. The sculpture, which is 3.58 meters in width and 2.44 meters in height, was carved in Italy after its mold was manufactured in Korea. It depicts the scene when Jesus changed water into wine in front of Maria at a wedding feast in Ghana.
