500g Gold Bracelet Is “Glory of Pompeii”

This gold bracelet weighing 500g will be exhibited in an exhibition of artifacts from ancient Pompeii that will be held from October 22 in The Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago, United States. This bracelet, which was revealed in the October 18 preview event held prior to the exhibition’s official commencement, was found on the wrist of a Pompeii citizen who died when Mount Vesuvius erupted in AD 79. The exhibition will be held until next March 26.
