Tap water pollution
Staff at the Arisu tap water purification center in Seoul`s Amsa-dong neighborhood do work to purify tap water Monday. Due to a severe heat wave that has affected the country for days, water supply authorities are in a state of emergency, as green tide that appeared in the northern Han River late last month streamed into the Seoul metropolitan section of the river.
