SMEs improving employee welfare

An increasing number of SMEs are paying attention to working environment and welfare, which are often called “invisible wage.” Pentabreed (photo above), an integrated advertising and marketing company, and Eyedentity Games (photo below), an online game developing company, have been receiving good responses from their employees by providing not just a wide and pleasant office environment but also recreational places such as a swimming pool.
