Shin Ji-ae (aged 26) earned her third win of this season in JLPGA.

This year Shin focuses on JLPGA games rather than LPGA. On Sunday in Eniwa CC (Far 72, 6,522 yards), Hokkaido, Shin finished with 2 birdies without bogey in the final round of the 2014 Nitori Ladies Golf Tournament and claimed another win at 8-under-par 208. Shin was 3 shots ahead of the tied 2nd place, Lee Bo-mi (26) and Saiki Fujita (Japan).

Shin, winner of Meiji Cup on Aug. 10, claimed two trophies in August only. This is her 3rd win in this season and the 8th win in JLPGA. In four years since 2010, Shin achieved 3 wins in a season. By winning 12.6 million yen (approximately 121,258 U.S. million dollars) as the prize money, Shin ranked 4th in the JPGA tour money list with the total of 6,813 million yen (655,631 dollars) in this season. Lee Bo-mi, who tops the money list, surpassed 100 million yen (962,367-dollar) mark in this season.

Thanks to Shin’s third win, Korean players have recorded 11 wins in 24 games of JLPGA tour this year.
