“If there is any country that assists or supports North Korea, the world should openly identify its name to inform all people worldwide and to ensure that it is subjected to sanctions (like North Korea),” Haley said. She made the remarks in her joint press conference with South Korean Ambassador to U.N. Cho Tae-yul and Japanese Ambassador Koro Bessho just ahead of a closed-door UN Security Council meeting to discuss ways to counter the North Korean nuclear issue at the UN headquarters in New York on the day.
“You first have to get into Kim Jong-un's head – which is, he's in a state of paranoia, he's incredibly concerned about anything and everything around him,” Haley told ABC's "This Week" programme Sunday, calling North Korean leader Kim Jong Un "paranoid." “I can tell you, he can sit there and say all the conditions he wants. Until he meets our conditions, we're not sitting down with him.”
