PGA is a stage where the world`s top golfers play. It compares with Major League in baseball and England Premier League in football.

In the PGA, there is a competition where the best of the best golfers can participate. It is the Tour Championships, the fourth and final competition of the PGA Tour Playoff. The eligible players are who rank within the top 30 in the FedEx Cup.

Korean male golfer Noh Seung-yul has made a step forward in advancing into his first ever Tour Championships.

At the second round Deutche Bank Championship`s final round held in Boston TPC in Norton, Massachusetts Tuesday, Noh jumped into a joint ninth with 9 under par total of 275. Thanks to this performance, he upped his ranking from 47th to 36th in FedEx Cup, qualifying for the BMW Championship, the third round of Playoff which allows only the top 70 of Fedex Cup to play.

As a rookie in PGA Tour in 2012, Noh played in BMW Championship but ranked 37th to fail in advancing to Tour Championships. In April this year, his third year since debut, he grabbed his first ever win in Zurich Open, and he will be having his best year this year if he advances to the Tour Championships. Choi Kyeung-ju played four under par 280 in this competition to rank a joint 35th. Choi advanced to the third round of Playoff with Fedex Cup ranking of 65th.
