Actress Yoon Seok-hwa (60) is poised to demonstrate her invincible spirit by performing onstage in wheelchair.

.

Yoon will appear at an encore performance of the play "Master Class," which will take place at the National Theater of Korea in Seoul on Oct. 7-16. She had six of her rib bones fractured due to a traffic accident on Sept. 20. The performance, which was originally scheduled on Sept. 29, has been postponed to Oct. 7.

“Yoon Seok-hwa needs time to take rest while receiving rehabilitation therapy, but she decided to perform onstage to keep her promise with audience,” said Sem Company, which is responsible for promotion of the play.

Yoon finished coordination to resume her performances through a dress rehearsal on Sunday. Since she cannot afford to walk freely just yet, she will perform onstage in her wheelchair during the performance schedule.

Master Class is a play on the life of legendary soprano Maria Callas, and will feature musical singer Yang Joon-mo, soprano Yoon Jeong-in, Park Seon-ok with the Seoul Metropolitan City Musical troupe, tenor Kim Hyeon-soo, and pianist Andrey Vinichenko.
