Taeyang releases a song for PyeongChang Olympics

Taeyang of Big Bang, who is an honorary ambassador of the PyeongChang Winter Olympics, will release a new single “Louder” Wednesday.

“The new single ‘Louder’ sends out a message that let’s all shout out loud for the success of the Olympics,” the singer’s agency YG Entertainment said. "The song is a combination of rock and pop genres and the powerful voice through the chorus is impressive."

Taeyang took part in writing this unofficial fight song for the Olympics and its lyrics as well. Producer Teddy of the The Black Lable under the YG Entertainment and other producers also joined in producing the song.

“Taeyang was very happy when he was chosen as an honorary ambassador for the PyeongChang Olympics,” YG entertainment said. “He tried to convey that feeling through this song.”
