“I wanted to share the story of comfort women through their voices, as the victims are still alive and nothing has been resolved,” said director Cho Jeong-rae. “While ‘Homecoming’ was a film drama shot to herald the damage done by the Japanese army to comfort women, the recent movie is a video testimony to leave historical evidence.” Cho who premiered his previous work in 61 cities of 10 nations including Japan will also hold public screening nationwide to alarm the issue.
