After the Los Angeles Dodgers lost Game 5 of the Major League Baseball’s World Series championship, Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig boldly predicted that there would be a Game 7, and he was correct. The Dodgers, which were pushed to elimination after winning two games and losing three, evened the Series with a come-from-behind 3-1 victory over the Houston Astros. The situation changed, however, from the sixth inning. Seizing their first scoring chance with a base hit and another runner hit by a pitched ball, the Dodgers came from behind with a 2-1 lead with a double base hit and a sacrifice fly. Dodgers closer Kenley Jansen, who blew saves in Game 2 and 5, shut out two innings. The Astros failed to get additional scores.
