In the KBL expat player draft held in Las Vegas, the U.S. on Thursday local time, Mobis coach Yoo Jae-hak chose Blakely as eighth priority, which was effectively fourth priority. ET Land, which effectively became the first in eligibility rankings to recruit players, has chosen Josh Selby, a former NBA player. After picked by Memphis in the 2011 NBA draft, he participated in 38 games to score 2.2 points on average through 2013 before playing in the Turkish and Greek leagues. As Samsung, KGC, KCC have already renewed contracts with players who played at the previous season, those teams were not allowed to select players in the first round. Of the six players newly picked in the first round, four are 193 centimeters or shorter.
