The Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday (local time) that Facebook’s Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg has donated more than $100 million in Facebook stock to support activities to extend women’s human rights and help those who have lost their family members.

According to the filings of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s announced on the day, Sandberg has donated 880,000 Facebook stocks on Nov. 21 to the charity fund. This fund will be used for the “Lean In,” a women’s human rights group named after Sandberg’s book, and the “Option B,” an organization to console those who have lost their loved ones. “Option B” is the title of her second book that she’s currently writing after “Lean In.”
