Samsung Electronics once again broke the previous high by dominating the global mobile DRAM market.

The semiconductors market research agency DRAM Exchange announced on Friday that Samsung Electronics was ranked the first with 64.5 percent of shares in the mobile DRAM market in third quarter. The semiconductor giant experienced 3.0 percentage points higher dominance from 61.5 percent in the previous quarter. The figure comes as the record high since the industry exclusively aggregated the mobile DRAM market shares.
