The Naver Appstore will be integrated with OneStore, the app market operated by Korea’s three major mobile carriers. This will allow app developers to concentrate on their work and users to accumulate buying points together.

SK Telecom and Naver announced Thursday that they will integrate their app stores into OneStore. The company OneStore has been in charge of operating the integrated app store for the three major mobile carriers, after the split-up as a subsidiary of SK Telecom in March. Although each mobile carrier has its own brand, such as T store, OneStore will deal with the overall registration and operation of contents.

An SK Telecom official said that the integration with the Naver Appstore will improve the convenience of app developers and users in Korea. A Naver official said that the Appstore benefits, such as discount coupons, points and cash, will continue to be provided through OneStore, adding that OneStore will enable the log-in by a Naver ID and Naver Pay.
