It was reported on Wednesday that LG Electronics top-loading and front-loading washers topped the consumer review by the famous Australian consumer magazine "Choice."

The LG "Drum" washer gained the highest score of 83 among the 26 products selling in Australia while being selected as the recommended product. Two LG top-loading washing machines jointly ranked No.1 with the highest score of 71 among the 21 competitors. Choice assessors reviewed that LG products excel not only in basic features such as washing and rinsing, but also in user-friendliness and water saving.

The LG washers are sweeping the global market with the competitive core part of "inverter direct drive motor." The DD motor directly connects the motor and the laundry bucket to reduce noise and energy consumption considerably. Also, the washers boasts off high durability thanks to their simple structure without additional connecting accessory between the motor and the laundry bucket.
