Samsung Electronics, a South Korean electronics giant, has been ranked in the 19th place as one of the most loved brands in the United States.

In the latest survey from Morning Consult, an American survey agency, Samsung Electronics was selected as the 19th most popular brand with American consumers, along with Dollar Tree and Lowe’s.

The South Korean electronics maker took the third highest ranking among firms not headquartered in the United States, following Sony (seventh) and Dove (17th). The list was drawn up based on interviews with approximate 250,000 adults in the United States to make eval‎uations on about 1,000 companies from January and March this year. When the list was first announced last year, Morning Consult only gave out the names of top 10 companies, and Samsung Electronics was not included.

American search engine behemoth Google topped the list, with Hush and Pillsbury ranked in the second and third spots, respectively. Amazon and UPS tied for fourth, followed by Kellogg, Sony, Betty Crocker, YouTube, Campbell Soup and Colgate that tied for the 10th place.
