Samsung Electronics’ home appliance have been picked by European consumer magazines as the best product, as its custom refrigerator and freezer rank top in Danish, Swedish and Portuguese consumer magazines. All three magazines reported that Samsung’s one-door custom fridge was the best fridge freezer to buy.

Samsung’s fridge allows consumers to customize sections of fridge and freezer as they wish. Danish consumer magazine Tank selected two of Samsung Electronics’ custom fridges as the best and second-best. Sweden’s Rad & Ron picked the product as the best, giving it 80 points, the best possible score. It is 17 points higher than the second ranker. Portuguese magazine Deco Proteste also reported Samsung’s custom freezer was the best product.

“The assessment of European consumer magazines means that the European market recognizes Samsung’s technological competitiveness,” said Choi Ik-su, executive director of Samsung Electronics Home Appliances Division. “Our products boast a competitive edge in performance and energy efficiency through which we will increase our influence over the European market.”
