Korea’s beauty store Innisfree has opened its first store in Japan, Innisfree Omotesando. In the middle of the Omotesando Street, Tokyo, the hub of fashion and beauty, the two-story, 185.6 square-meter wide store has walls covered with greeneries, promoting the brand’s environmentally-friendly identity.

Customers can find Jeju-based products including the recently-launched best seller Green Tea Seed Serum in the store. It is planning to showcase products customized for Japanese customers as well.

“We have advanced into the Japanese market because there is a rising demand on green, nature-friendly beauty products in Japan,” said a staff member of Innisfree. “We are targeting both online and offline markets in Japan, starting with the Omotesando store.”
