Kim Suk-hyun and Pil Dong-man duo wins 2nd straight year at Seoul 42195 Relay

The 2017 Seoul International Marathon and the 88th Dong-A Marathon was held on this Sunday. It was the second consecutive year that “Seoul 42195 Relay” competition was held during the event. A group of two or four run a relay race of 42,195-km course and the rankings are determined by combining records. The number of participants has doubled from last year and recorded about 2,000.

The results were released on Friday after checking the record of each section. The Kim Suk-hyun (55)-Pil Dong-man (49) team of the “Bucheon Poksagol Marathon Club” won in the category of a group of two men with the record of 02:41:46 for the second consecutive year, followed by the Park Myung-hyun (27)-Park Jang-soon (47) team, a director and member pair of the Running Academy Club, with 02:42:53. As for a group of four men category, the “Poksagol Streetcar” team took the victory with the record of 02:35:44.
